Al Lubel

Al Lubel is a stand-up comedian. He attended law school in Florida and moved to California to practice law before becoming a comedian. After initially pursuing comedy on the side while practicing law full-time, he eventually gave up the practice of law to become a full-time comedian. Lubel won the $100,000 grand prize for comedy on Star Search within a year of quitting law. In addition to performing his stand-up act on the road and in New York City’s top comedy clubs, Lubel has also appeared on several TV shows, including The Tonight Show and The Late Show, and in films such as Funny People (2009).
