Arianna Huffington

Arianna Huffington (born Arianna Stassinopoulos) is a Greek-American author, syndicated columnist, and media entrepreneur. She co-founded The Huffington Post, a news and opinion website launched in 2005, and served as its editor-in-chief. In 2016 she founded Thrive Global, a company focused on behavior change and well-being. Huffington has written several books on politics, culture, and health, and she is known for advocating better work-life balance and sleep. Born in Athens, Greece, she later moved to the United States and became a prominent public voice through her writing, media leadership, and speaking engagements.
