Atul Gawande

Atul Gawande is an American surgeon, public health researcher, and nonfiction writer known for exploring how medicine can improve through evidence, systems, and humane care. He is a general and endocrine surgeon at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a professor at Harvard Medical School and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
