Bob Woodward
Bob Woodward, one of America’s most celebrated journalists, grew up in Illinois and attended Yale University with an NROTC scholarship. After graduating, Woodward began a five-year tour of duty with the U.S. Navy. Woodward was hired as a Washington Post reporter in 1971 and became one of the journalists that helped break the 1972 Watergate scandal. With fellow reporter Carl Bernstein, Woodward wrote two bestselling books about the scandal, All the President’s Men and The Final Days. Woodward also authored four books about the George W. Bush administration and was the main reporter for the Post’s coverage of the September 11 attacks. He currently lives in Washington D.C. with wife Elsa Walsh.
