David Sedaris

David Sedaris (born December 26, 1956) is an American humorist, essayist, and radio contributor known for autobiographical comedy. His work gained wide attention through commentaries on National Public Radio, and he has since become a prominent voice in contemporary nonfiction. Sedaris’s essays often draw on family life, travel, and everyday anxieties, combining sharp observation with self-deprecating wit. He is the author of several bestselling collections, including *Naked* (1997) and *Me Talk Pretty One Day* (2000).
