Debbie Macomber

Debbie Macomber (born October 22, 1948) is an American novelist best known for contemporary romance and inspirational fiction. She has written numerous bestselling books, including the Cedar Cove series and the Blossom Street series, which helped establish her reputation for character-driven stories centered on community, family, and hope. Several of her works have been adapted for television, notably the Cedar Cove series and multiple Hallmark Channel movies. Macomber has also written nonfiction and children’s books. Over her career, she has been a frequent presence on bestseller lists and has received recognition within the romance-writing community, including honors from Romance Writers of America.
