Doris Mortman

Doris Mortman is the author of numerous romance books, including First Born, The Lucky Ones, True Colors, Circles, Shades of Red, The Wild Rose, Rightfully Mine, and others. Her books have been translated into 14 languages. She was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey. Mortman’s first book, Circles (1984), stayed on The New York Times Bestseller List for three months and she has since made the NYT Bestseller List six more times. Mortman has been married for more than three decades and her hobbies include golf, skiing, and raising funds for breast cancer research.
