Drew Carey

Drew Carey (born May 23, 1958) is an American comedian, actor, and television host. He gained national attention as a stand-up comic in the early 1990s, including appearances on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.” Carey starred as the lead in the ABC sitcom “The Drew Carey Show” (1995–2004), which he also helped develop. He later became a prominent television host, taking over as host of the CBS game show “The Price Is Right” in 2007. Carey also hosted the improvisational comedy series “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” in its original U.S. run.
