Eva Gabor

Eva Gabor (1919–1995) was a Hungarian-born American actress and socialite best known for her comedic role as Lisa Douglas on the television series *Green Acres* (1965–1971). Born in Budapest, she emigrated to the United States and worked in film, stage, and television, often cast for her distinctive accent and glamorous persona. Her screen credits include *Gigi* (1958) and *The Aristocats* (1970), in which she voiced Duchess. Gabor also appeared frequently on talk and game shows and became a recognizable figure in mid‑century American popular culture.
