Frank A. Oski

Frank A. Oski (1920–1996) was an American pediatrician and medical educator recognized for his contributions to pediatric hematology. He served as Chair of Pediatrics at SUNY Upstate Medical University and later became Physician-in-Chief at Johns Hopkins. Across his career, Oski combined clinical leadership with a strong commitment to teaching and training physicians. He was also known for his editorial work on major pediatric textbooks, helping shape how pediatrics was taught and practiced for generations of clinicians.
