Giada De Laurentiis

Giada Pamela De Laurentiis (born August 22, 1970) is an Italian-American chef, television personality, and cookbook author. Born in Rome and raised in Southern California, she studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked in Los Angeles before gaining national attention. De Laurentiis became a Food Network star with the Emmy-winning series *Everyday Italian* (2003) and later hosted programs including *Giada at Home*. She has written multiple bestselling cookbooks that popularize Italian-inspired home cooking for American audiences. She also served as a judge on Food Network competitions and has been recognized for bringing approachable, family-style Italian flavors to television and print.
