Howie Mandel

Howie Mandel (born Howard Michael Mandel) is a Canadian comedian, actor, television host, and producer. He first gained wide attention as a stand-up comic and as an actor on the medical drama *St. Elsewhere*, where he played Dr. Wayne Fiscus. Mandel later became a prominent television personality, hosting the U.S. game show *Deal or No Deal* and its Canadian edition. He has also served as a judge on *America’s Got Talent*, becoming one of the show’s longest-running panelists. Known for an energetic, improvisational style, Mandel has worked across comedy, scripted television, and unscripted competition formats.
