Ione Duncan

Ione Duncan (1878–1964) was a Canadian writer and journalist associated with British Columbia’s literary community. She is best known for her novel *The Mother* (1921). Duncan contributed to Canadian letters through her writing and her participation in regional cultural and literary circles, helping to shape early twentieth-century literary life on the West Coast.
