James Stavridis

James G. Stavridis is a retired U.S. Navy admiral and author known for writing on leadership, geopolitics, and maritime strategy. He served as Supreme Allied Commander Europe, leading NATO operations, and previously commanded U.S. Southern Command. A career naval officer, he held senior sea and shore assignments and worked extensively with allied militaries and civilian leaders. After active duty, he became a public commentator and continued to publish widely.
