Jamie Oliver

Jamie Oliver (born 27 May 1975) is a British chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author who rose to prominence through the BBC television series *The Naked Chef* (1999). Trained in professional kitchens in London, he became known for approachable recipes and energetic on-screen teaching. Oliver has published numerous bestselling cookbooks and fronted multiple food and lifestyle programmes in the UK and internationally. He is also recognized for campaigning to improve children’s diets, notably through efforts to reform school meals and reduce unhealthy food in schools. Beyond television and publishing, he has operated restaurant ventures and food-related businesses under his name.
