Jesse Tyler Ferguson

Jesse Tyler Ferguson (born October 22, 1975) is an American actor best known for playing Mitchell Pritchett on the ABC sitcom *Modern Family* (2009–2020). Raised in Missoula, Montana, he began performing in youth theater and later studied at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Ferguson has worked extensively on stage and screen, including Broadway roles in *The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee* and *Take Me Out*, earning Tony Award nominations. His television work also includes *The Class*. Beyond acting, he co-hosts the podcast *Dinner’s on Me* and has been involved in LGBTQ+ advocacy.
