Kathleen Madigan

Kathleen Madigan (born September 30, 1965) is an American stand-up comedian known for observational humor delivered with a conversational style. Raised in St. Louis, Missouri, she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and began performing comedy in the late 1980s. Madigan has appeared on major late-night programs, including *The Tonight Show with Jay Leno*, *Late Show with David Letterman*, and *Late Night with Conan O’Brien*. Her stand-up specials include *Bothering Jesus* (2016), *Madigan Again* (2013), and *Gone Madigan* (2010). She also hosts the podcast *Madigan’s Pubcast*, featuring informal conversations and audience interaction.
