Kelly Clarkson

Kelly Clarkson (born April 24, 1982) is an American singer-songwriter and television personality. She rose to prominence in 2002 after winning the first season of *American Idol*. Her debut single “A Moment Like This” topped the Billboard Hot 100, and her first album, *Thankful* (2003), debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Clarkson’s breakthrough pop-rock album *Breakaway* (2004) produced hits including “Since U Been Gone” and earned her Grammy Awards. She later released albums such as *Stronger* (2011) and *Meaning of Life* (2017). She has also served as a coach on *The Voice* and hosts *The Kelly Clarkson Show*.
