Kelsey Grammer

Kelsey Grammer (born 1955) is an American actor, producer, and director best known for playing psychiatrist Dr. Frasier Crane on the television sitcom *Cheers* and its spin-off *Frasier*. He originated the role on *Cheers* and continued it as the lead of *Frasier*, making the character one of the most enduring in American TV comedy. Grammer has also worked extensively as a voice actor, including as Sideshow Bob on *The Simpsons*. Beyond acting, he has produced and directed film and television projects. He has also been credited as an author on published works, alongside his screen and stage career.
