Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly (born 1952) is an American writer and futurist. He was a co-founder of *Wired* magazine and served as its first executive editor. Kelly is known for exploring how technology, networks, and complex systems shape society and culture. His books include *Out of Control: The New Biology of Machines, Social Systems, and the Economic World* (1994), which examines self-organizing systems and “neo-biological” technology, and *The Inevitable* (2016), a set of arguments about long-term technological trends. He also co-founded the Hackers’ Conference and has written widely on digital culture and the future of innovation.
