Mignon McLaughlin

Mignon McLaughlin (1913–1983) was an American journalist and aphorist celebrated for her sharp, witty observations on modern life. She is best known for her syndicated newspaper column, “The Neurotic’s Notebook,” which ran for many years and helped establish her reputation as a distinctive voice in American commentary.
