Peter Gallagher

Peter Gallagher (born August 19, 1955) is an American actor and singer known for work in film, television, and on stage. He gained wide recognition as Sandy Cohen on the TV drama *The O.C.* (2003–2007). His film credits include *While You Were Sleeping* (1995) and *American Beauty* (1999), among other roles.
