Quentin Tarantino

Quentin Tarantino (born March 27, 1963) is an American filmmaker and screenwriter. He emerged as a major independent voice with *Reservoir Dogs* (1992) and achieved wide acclaim with *Pulp Fiction* (1994), which won the Palme d’Or at Cannes. His other films include *Jackie Brown* (1997), the two-part *Kill Bill* (2003–2004), *Inglourious Basterds* (2009), *Django Unchained* (2012), and *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood* (2019). Tarantino is known for stylized violence, sharp dialogue, nonlinear storytelling, and cinephile references. He has won Academy Awards for screenwriting.
