Regina Dugan

Regina E. Dugan is an American business executive and former government official known for leading advanced technology organizations in the public and private sectors. She served as the 19th Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), overseeing research programs aimed at breakthrough innovations for national security. After her government service, Dugan moved into industry, holding senior roles focused on emerging technologies.
