Rene Russo

Renée Russo (born February 17, 1954) is an American actress and former fashion model. Raised in Los Angeles, she began modeling in the 1970s and became a prominent figure in fashion before transitioning to acting. Russo made her film debut in *Major League* (1989) and gained wider recognition in the 1990s with roles in *Lethal Weapon 3* (1992), *In the Line of Fire* (1993), and *Get Shorty* (1995). Her later work includes *The Thomas Crown Affair* (1999), *Nightcrawler* (2014), and *Thor: Ragnarok* (2017). She is married to screenwriter Dan Gilroy.
