Robert Goheen

Robert F. Goheen (1919–2008) was an American academic administrator and diplomat. He served as President of Princeton University from 1957 to 1972, guiding the institution through a period of significant change in American higher education. After his Princeton presidency, he entered public service and was appointed U.S. Ambassador to India, serving from 1977 to 1980.
