Roy Ash (1921–2017) was an American business executive and public administrator. He co-founded Litton Industries, helping build the company into a major defense and electronics conglomerate. Ash later entered federal service and, under President Richard Nixon, served as Director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, where he was involved in overseeing the executive branch’s budgeting and management functions.
