Sam Harris

Sam Harris (born 1967) is an American author and podcast host. He is known for writing on religion, ethics, and the mind, including the books *The End of Faith* and *Waking Up*. Harris has also written *Letter to a Christian Nation*, *The Moral Landscape*, and *Free Will*. He hosts the podcast *Making Sense*, where he interviews guests and discusses current events, philosophy, and science. Harris is a co-founder of Project Reason, a nonprofit that promotes secular values and scientific thinking.
