Quotes
Scott Adams
Scott Adams grew up loving the Peanuts comics and started drawing his own comics at only six years of age. At 11, he won a drawing competition. After graduating from Hartwick College in 1979, Adams bought a one-day ticket to California, where he worked various corporate jobs and earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Based on his experience in corporate America, Adams created the “Dilbert” character, but could not get his comic strip published for several years. In 1989, Dilbert was finally published with United Media and gradually became more popular before it finally took off in the late ’90s. Today, Dilbert appears in 2000 newspapers and 65 countries.
