God says: If you come to My House, I will come to yours.

Interpretation
The saying expresses a reciprocity between human initiative in worship and divine presence: when a person makes the effort to enter God’s “house” (typically understood as the place of prayer or the Temple), God in turn “comes” to that person’s “house,” i.e., brings blessing, protection, or an indwelling presence into ordinary life. It frames religious practice not as one-sided obligation but as relationship—approach God and God approaches you. In later Jewish thought this is often linked to the idea that sanctity can extend from communal worship into the home, making daily life a site of holiness when one actively seeks God.
