Quote #92859
A fall from the third floor hurts as much as a fall from the hundredth. If I have to fall, may it be from a high place.

Interpretation
The image of falling from different heights suggests that failure and pain are often comparable regardless of how ambitious the attempt was; what changes is the scale of the aspiration. The speaker therefore chooses to risk “falling” from a high place—aiming for large goals—because the potential cost of failure is not proportionate to the height of one’s dreams, while the potential reward is. The line functions as an argument against timid, incremental living: if setbacks are inevitable, one might as well pursue something worthy of the risk. It also carries a stoic undertone: accept the possibility of loss, but refuse to let fear set the ceiling on your ambitions.
