Hunter, American lawyer and fourteenth president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The quote is part of an address Hunter made at an Aaronic Priesthood meeting during his brief 1994-1995 tenure as President of the Church. The address was later published as a piece called "Being a Righteous Husband" in the November 1994 issue of the Latter-day Saints magazine Ensign. Hunter died just a few months after its publication.
